I didn't receive my order confirmation email

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, try the following steps:

  1. Check your bank statement: Look for any charges from Flaviar to confirm the order went through.

  2. Check your Order History: Log in to your Flaviar account and see if the order is visible.

  3. Check email folders: If you see a charge but no email, check your spam or secondary folders.

  4. Corporate email addresses: If your account uses a work email, check with your administrator to ensure external emails (like ours) aren’t blocked.
