Common reasons for order cancellations
Stock Unavailability: Orders can be canceled because the product is out of stock.
Payment Issues: If a payment transaction fails, the order may be automatically canceled. You can reorder once the payment issue is resolved.
Shipping Restrictions: Some orders are canceled because the retailer cannot ship to the selected state. Even if the product appears available online, state-specific restrictions may apply.
Partial Fulfillment: In cases where only part of an order can be fulfilled, the unavailable items may be canceled, and the remaining items shipped.
Refund process and timeline
When an order is canceled, a full refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
