You can reach our Customer Support Team via the website, email, social media, or phone.

By opening the "Get Help" menu found at the bottom of the screen and selecting "Contact Us" you'll be given the option to send us an email or to engage us in a live chat (if the option is available at the time).

Alternatively, you can email our customer support directly at [email protected]. We do our best to respond to emails within 24 hours* during the week. If you haven't received a reply from us by then, make sure to check your spam folder just in case our email ended up there.

We also recommend adding our email address - [email protected] - to your contact list (or mark as "not spam"/ "not junk").

For simple questions regarding our products and services, we can also be reached through our social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

You can also leave us a voicemail at +1 (347) 756-7313. Be sure to include your order details and our team will get back to you via the email address tied to your account.

Please note that we also receive large volumes of support requests around certain times of the year, which might affect our response time.
