Can I return my order?

Please note that we do not offer returns based on taste preferences or change of heart*. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, let us know within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting us via email at [email protected].

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order number

  • an explanation of the issue

  • a photo of the package and its contents, where the issue is clearly visible

*Orders placed via the EU Flaviar website (https://eu.flaviar.com/) can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date according to EU regulations. If you decide to return a product within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. Contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
