My order is returning. Now what?

Orders can be returned for several reasons including 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, insufficient address, and damage caused during transit.

Once your retail order has returned the purchase will be refunded per our Return Policy and any tokens or store credit used will be returned to your account.

Pre-sale, special release, and products of seasonal relevance (such as the Whiskey Advent calendar) are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you notice that your non-refundable order has been returned, please contact us, and we will process a reshipment, subject to availability.
