If you have requested a password reset and you cannot locate the password reset email:
Check your spam, junk, promotional, or secondary email folders
Verify that you have activated your Flaviar account*
*IMPORTANT: While you may have an active membership or subscription, account activation is separate. Look for an email inviting you to activate your Flaviar account, or create one here.
If your Flaviar account is tied to a corporate domain email address:
Check with the administrator to ensure they are not blocking emails from outside the organization, such as ours.
If you have already tried the steps above and still cannot locate the email, contact our customer service team, and we will assist.
