Why am I not getting the reset password email?

Learn what to do if the password reset message doesn’t appear in your inbox.

If you have requested a password reset and you cannot locate the password reset email, please check your spam or secondary folders as it may have landed up there.

If your Flaviar account is tied to a corporate domain email address, please check with the administrator to ensure they are not blocking emails from outside the organization such as ours.

If you have already tried the above and still cannot locate the email, contact our customer service at [email protected] and we will assist.
