How can I cancel my order?

Personalized items (e.g., engraved), pre-orders, special releases, and seasonal products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Requesting an order cancellation

Please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Generally, your order can be canceled as long as it hasn't been fulfilled. However, our team cannot guarantee that we'll always be able to cancel your order after purchase.

Please make sure that:

  • You contact us within 3 days after placing the order

  • You provide your order number, full name, shipping address, or any relevant information that can help us locate your order

If your order has already been fulfilled*, cancellation is no longer possible. ⚠️

*DISCLAIMER: While in some cases, the tracking number is not yet available, the retailer may have already started working on your order.

Because retailers aim to ship your orders as soon as possible, they may not be able to interrupt the fulfillment process.
