Where should I ship my order?

Deliveries generally happen during business hours so we strongly suggest you ship your order to a business address, if possible. Our packages are not branded to ensure discretion. All deliveries require a signature from a person of legal drinking age.

Please note that delivery to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses is not possible. Since we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in the event of failed deliveries.

We suggest you add [email protected] to your address book (or move one of our emails to your primary inbox) so important notices never miss your attention. The tracking link provided with the shipping notice will allow you to keep on top of the delivery and some carriers provide the option to customize it!

Below are some of the options that may be available to you, depending on the carrier:

  • Once the package is in transit, you might be able to request that they hold it at your local courier depot for a limited time

  • Once the package is in transit, you might be able to request a "vacation hold"

  • You might be able to request on a specific date

  • Change of shipping address is usually not possible due to signature requirement; if the courier does provide this option it is usually payable
