Why can't you ship to my state/country?
Our orders are fulfilled by a network of licensed retailers located in the US (for US orders), in European countries (for EU orders), and in the UK (for UK orders).
Each retailer has their own policies and shipping restrictions. Some countries or states also have regulations that prevent shipping alcohol. Unfortunately, these restrictions are beyond our control. For that reason, not all bottles are available in every state or country.
To ensure that you only see the products that are available to you, be mindful of the following:

In which US states can you ship?
At the moment, our retailers can ship to all US states EXCEPT the following:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia
Massachusetts and Texas (only certain ZIP codes - please reach out to us for more information)
IMPORTANT
If you already have an active Legacy Membership or Whiskey Subscription and are located in one of the states mentioned above, your Legacy Membership or Whiskey Subscription will continue to be fulfilled until the prepaid period ends, and will not renew thereafter.
Why can't you ship to my address?
Please note that alcohol shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure someone of legal drinking age receives the order. This restriction cannot be lifted. Due to this requirement, our retailers cannot deliver to the following addresses:
PO boxes
APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA)
Courier depots
Mail forwarding locations
