You ordered gin and got bourbon? Your package contained 3 bottles instead of 4? Did you receive a damaged bottle?

We do our best to pack each and every order with the greatest care, but sometimes accidents happen. If there is anything wrong with your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date, and provide the following information:

  • The order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the package you received and its contents

Please hold onto your damaged or incorrect items in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a claim and provide further instructions.
