Can I change the shipping address on my order?

For subscription shipments:

You can change the default shipping address for your subscription shipments on your Subscription dashboard while logged into your Flaviar account. Simply click "change shipping" under the address in question in the Whiskey Subscription section to edit the existing address.

⚠️ Please note that if you change the shipping address on your Flaviar Account settings only, the change will not be reflected in your subscription settings.

You can change the shipping address within 2 hours of purchase by accessing your order through the Account page.

After this timeframe, we recommend contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Changes can usually be accommodated* provided your order hasn't shipped.

  • Address changes are limited within the same state due to sales tax variations.⚠️

    • Requests to change the address to a different state will be denied.

  • Although we'll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that order modifications post-purchase cannot always be guaranteed.

Changing the shipping address once the order is in transit is not possible. In such cases, the tracking website may offer payable customization options as long as you have a personal account.
